At Chandca, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date the order was placed.

Requests submitted after this 15-day period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
Unaltered
In its original condition
Returned with its original tags and packaging, where applicable

The product must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

A return or refund may be refused if the product:

Has been worn or used
Has been washed
Has been damaged by the customer
Has been altered, tailored, or modified
Has stains, marks, odors, or other signs of use
Is missing original tags or packaging where applicable
Has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Is not the product originally delivered by Chandca

Chandca reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return or refund.

4. Incorrect or Different Product

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If Chandca confirms that the incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our side, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange or refund.

5. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Chandca as soon as possible after receiving the order.

We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, Chandca will provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Return Request

To request a return, contact Chandca through the official contact details provided on chandca.com.

Please provide:

Order number
Customer name
Contact number
Reason for return
Relevant photographs or videos, where requested

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is eligible.

7. Return Shipping

Where the return is due to a customer preference or reason unrelated to an error or defect on Chandca's part, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Where Chandca is responsible for sending an incorrect or confirmed defective/damaged product, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement on a case-by-case basis.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Chandca will determine whether the return meets the requirements of this policy.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Chandca may request the customer's bank or other necessary payment details to process an approved refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and relevant financial service provider.

9. Exchanges

Where applicable, Chandca may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered.

10. Refund Exceptions

A refund will generally not be provided where the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, including where the product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or is not the product originally delivered by Chandca.

11. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

Chandca reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of the return policy, product substitution, or other dishonest activity.
